Oven Roasted Cauliflower
Cauliflower is one of my favorite veggies, and this is my favorite way to roast them! It's a simple process, and they always come out crispy and delicious.

- 1 small head of cauliflower
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F/220 degrees C. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Wash and chop the cauliflower into bite-sized pieces.
Add to a mixing bowl along with all of the remaining ingredients and toss until the pieces are evenly coated.
Lay the cauliflower out on the baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until crispy and done to your liking.
Serve with paprika aioli or your favorite dips. Enjoy & share!
