Oven Roasted Cauliflower

Cauliflower is one of my favorite veggies, and this is my favorite way to roast them! It's a simple process, and they always come out crispy and delicious.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 small head of cauliflower
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F/220 degrees C. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Wash and chop the cauliflower into bite-sized pieces.
  • Add to a mixing bowl along with all of the remaining ingredients and toss until the pieces are evenly coated.
  • Lay the cauliflower out on the baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until crispy and done to your liking.
  • Serve with paprika aioli or your favorite dips. Enjoy & share!
