This roasted cauliflower is amazingly foolproof! It comes out crispy, flavorful, and delicious every time.
Cauliflower is one of my favorite veggies! It’s high in fiber, B vitamins, and antioxidants and simple and fun to cook with. My BBQ wings recipe is in my weeknight dinner rotation, these tacos are fantastic, and just about any sauce is great with cauliflower (like buffalo or lemon pepper). Whenever I make any of these recipes and have some leftover cauliflower, I love to roast it in the oven! This is my go-to recipe to get bite-sized cauliflower pieces to just the right flavor and crunch so they can be a great side to any meal or the perfect light snack with paprika aioli!

[…] Paprika is a spice that I usually only use a very small amount of in recipes, but this one makes it the star of the show! This aioli is sweet, salty, savory, and ever so slightly spicy. It only takes about 5 minutes to make, and it’s perfect for adding flavor to roasted veggies, wraps, sandwiches, and so much more! My favorite pairing is this paprika aioli and oven roasted cauliflower. […]
