Cookie Dough Overnight Oats

This recipe takes no time to make, and in the morning you'll have a delicious, healthy dessert for breakfast!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cup plant milk
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 1/2 tbsp vegan vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • vegan chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Add all the ingredients to a jar, top with chocolate chips.
  • Mix & shake until combined.
  • Refrigerate for about 20 minutes, then shake it up again.
  • Refrigerate overnight & enjoy!
