Vegan Waffles

- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup plant milk plain, unsweetened
- 2 tbsp canola oil
Whisk together all the dry ingredients in a large bowl (flour, salt, sugar, baking powder).
Add the remaining ingredients to the bowl. Stir until just combined (the batter may be slightly lumpy).
Heat your waffle maker to the medium setting in order to get a fluffy, crispy waffle. Spray with cooking oil, then spread enough batter to cover the bottom and cook.
Serve with butter, maple syrup & fresh fruit. Enjoy & share!
