Vegan Mug Pizza
This is an incredibly simple way to satisfy those pizza cravings without ordering in or having to store leftovers!

- 1/3 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp oregano
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- pizza sauce
- vegan mozzarella cheese
In a small bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, garlic, and oregano.
Add the water and olive oil, stir to combine. Transfer dough to your mug.
Microwave for 30-45 seconds or until the top no longer looks wet.
Top with pizza sauce, vegan mozzarella, more oregano, and any other toppings you want. Microwave for another 45 seconds, or until the dough is cooked through, watching to make sure it doesn't overflow (depending on the size of your mug).
