Vegan Loaded Grilled Cheese

Ingredients
  

  • 4 slices sourdough bread
  • 4 slices vegan cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 small yellow onion
  • 10 pieces tempeh bacon
  • 3 tbsp vegan mayonnaise

Instructions
 

  • Slice & sauté the onion.
  • Spread the mayo on one side of each sourdough slice & add two to a large saucepan, mayo side down.
  • Build your sandwich! Add a slice of cheese, the bacon, the second slice of cheese, onions, and the second piece of bread mayo side up.
  • Cook on each side for about 2-4 minutes or until they are done to your liking and the cheese is melted. Enjoy & share!
