Vegan Loaded Grilled Cheese

- 4 slices sourdough bread
- 4 slices vegan cheddar cheese
- 1/4 small yellow onion
- 10 pieces tempeh bacon
- 3 tbsp vegan mayonnaise
Slice & sauté the onion.
Spread the mayo on one side of each sourdough slice & add two to a large saucepan, mayo side down.
Build your sandwich! Add a slice of cheese, the bacon, the second slice of cheese, onions, and the second piece of bread mayo side up.
Cook on each side for about 2-4 minutes or until they are done to your liking and the cheese is melted. Enjoy & share!
