Vegan Korean BBQ Tacos
This BBQ sauce is so tasty, it pairs perfectly with the slaw, and all together this recipe only takes about 15 minutes to make!

Filling
- 1 lb impossible meat
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1/4 cup coconut aminos
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tsp toasted sesame oil
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/4 tsp ginger
- tortillas
Topping
- 1/2 cucumber
- 3/4 cup carrots
- 4 small radishes
- green onions
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp sugar
- pinch of salt
Filling
Brown the vegan meat in a saucepan.
Combine all of the sauce ingredients in a bowl, then add to the saucepan.
Stir to combine and cook for an additional 5 minutes. Taste and adjust flavors as needed.
Add to tortillas and top with this homemade slaw. Enjoy & share!
Topping
Slice all of the veggies into matchstick pieces.
Combine in a bowl, top with lemon juice, sugar, and salt, and stir.
Let sit for at least 15 minutes.
