Vegan Jalapeño Popper Dip

This recipe is a big winner! It's so easy to make, and the dip is creamy, cheesy, flavorful, and slightly spicy - everything I'd ever want in a jalapeño popper dip!

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz vegan cream cheese plain
  • 1/3 cup vegan mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup vegan cheddar shreds
  • 1/2 cup vegan parmesan grated
  • 1/2 cup pickled jalapeño slices
  • 1/4 cup pickled jalapeño juice
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • optional: breadcrumbs for topping

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F/200 degrees C.
  • Chop the jalapeño slices into small pieces. Mince the garlic.
  • *Add all the ingredients (minus the breadcrumbs) to a mixing bowl. Stir until well combined.
  • Transfer the dip to a small oven-safe dish. Bake for 10 minutes. If you're using breadcrumbs, add them now and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes.
  • Serve with crackers, bread, chips, or even as cream cheese rangoon filler. Enjoy & share!

Notes

*Depending on the brand of cream cheese you use, you may want to microwave it for 20 seconds before adding anything else to the bowl.
