Vegan French Onion Dip
This dip is AMAZING! It tastes just like the classic french onion dip I used to love. I will not have a holiday or a summer get-together without it!

- 2 tbsp vegan butter
- 1 medium yellow onion
- 1 1/4 cup vegan mayonnaise plain
- 1 cup vegan yogurt plain
- 2 tsp low sodium soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 3/4 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
Mince the onion as finely as you can.
In a small saucepan or skillet, melt the vegan butter over medium-low heat. Add the minced onion and cook until translucent and slightly browned, about 10-15 minutes.
Add all of the ingredients including the onion to a mixing bowl and combine. Let cool and thicken in the fridge for at least one hour, but preferably overnight.
Serve with potato chips and carrot dogs. Enjoy & share!
