Vegan Fettuccine Alfredo
This alfredo sauce is SO creamy and cheesy! It only takes about 20 minutes to make and is a total crowd pleaser.

- 10 oz fettuccine pasta
- 2 cups plant milk plain, unsweetened
- 4 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 6 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Cook the noodles according to the al dente instructions on the box.
In a large stockpot, whisk together the milk and cornstarch. Add the oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper, and whisk again to combine.
Slowly bring to a boil over medium-low heat, whisking occasionally. Once it starts to thicken, whisk constantly.
Once thick, remove from heat, add the nutritional yeast, and whisk until combined and smooth. Taste for salt and pepper.
Combine with the cooked pasta. Enjoy & share!
