Vegan Crunchwrap
This is the ultimate Taco Bell copycat - I'm so happy I no longer have to live without the perfect crunchwrap!

- 1 large burrito tortilla
- 1 tostada shell
- 4 oz impossible meat
- vegan shredded cheese
- vegan sour cream
- 1/2 jalapeno
- 1/4 tomato
- lettuce
- optional: avocado/guacamole, taco sauce
In a small skillet, brown the impossible meat. Dice the jalapeno and tomato.
In the center of the tortilla, add the cheese, lettuce, jalapeno, tomato, sour cream, and impossible meat.
Top with the tostada shell. Fold the burrito tortilla in over the shell, one fold at a time in a clockwise motion until it is all folded in.
Starting with the folded side, cook each side in a skillet over medium heat until done to your liking.
Dip in guacamole and/or taco sauce, enjoy & share!
