Vegan Crunchwrap

This is the ultimate Taco Bell copycat - I'm so happy I no longer have to live without the perfect crunchwrap!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 large burrito tortilla
  • 1 tostada shell
  • 4 oz impossible meat
  • vegan shredded cheese
  • vegan sour cream
  • 1/2 jalapeno
  • 1/4 tomato
  • lettuce
  • optional: avocado/guacamole, taco sauce

Instructions
 

  • In a small skillet, brown the impossible meat. Dice the jalapeno and tomato.
  • In the center of the tortilla, add the cheese, lettuce, jalapeno, tomato, sour cream, and impossible meat.
  • Top with the tostada shell. Fold the burrito tortilla in over the shell, one fold at a time in a clockwise motion until it is all folded in.
  • Starting with the folded side, cook each side in a skillet over medium heat until done to your liking.
  • Dip in guacamole and/or taco sauce, enjoy & share!
