Vegan Cinnamon Bun Mug Cake

This is one of my favorite single-serving desserts! It's super easy to make, and it perfectly satisfies my sweet tooth.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tsp vegan butter melted
  • 3 tbsp plant milk plain, unsweetened
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions
 

  • Combine the butter, milk, sugar, cinnamon, and baking powder in a microwave-safe mug.
  • Add the flour & mix until just combined.
  • Microwave for 60 seconds. Enjoy & share!
