Vegan Cinnamon Bun Mug Cake
This is one of my favorite single-serving desserts! It's super easy to make, and it perfectly satisfies my sweet tooth.

- 1 tsp vegan butter melted
- 3 tbsp plant milk plain, unsweetened
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
Combine the butter, milk, sugar, cinnamon, and baking powder in a microwave-safe mug.
Add the flour & mix until just combined.
