Vegan Caramel Sauce

This caramel sauce is INSANE! It's smooth and sticky, and the flavors are phenomenal!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups dates pitted
  • 1/3 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 - 1 cup plant milk

Instructions
 

  • Bring 3 cups of water to a boil. Turn off heat, add the dates and let soak for 10 minutes.
  • Drain the dates and add all ingredients to a high powered blender. Blend until smooth. Start with 1/2 cup milk and add more until it reaches your desired consistency.
  • Serve over ice cream, overnight oats, as a dip for apples, or whatever you want! Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 10 days. Enjoy & share!
