Vegan Cajun Pasta
This pasta sauce is so easy to make, and it's perfect for when I'm craving something creamy and spicy!

- 3 cups small pasta
- 2 1/2 cups plant milk plain, unsweetened
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 cup nutritional yeast
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- optional: vegan grilled chicken
Cook the pasta and the vegan grilled chicken (if desired) according to the package instructions.
Combine all of the remaining ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Lower heat and stir constantly for about 5 minutes or until completely combined and at your desired consistency. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.
Combine the cooked pasta, vegan grilled chicken pieces, and sauce in the pasta stockpot. Enjoy!
