Tortilla Cinnamon Rolls

The simplest, most delightful DIY cinnamon rolls.

Ingredients
  

  • large flour tortillas
  • vegan cream cheese
  • cinnamon
  • sugar
  • vegan butter

Instructions
 

  • Spread a layer of cream cheese onto a large flour tortilla.
  • Roll it up and cut into about 1/2" pieces (pictured).
  • Heat in pan with butter until golden brown on each side.
  • Toss in cinnamon sugar mix immediately.
