Tofu Fries
These fries are AMAZING! They are just like regular fries - just with a little extra sense of satisfaction.

- 16 oz super firm tofu
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp chili powder
- salt
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F/200 degrees C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cut the tofu into fry-sized pieces. Gently toss with the olive oil.
Combine the remaining ingredients (minus the salt) in a small bowl. Add to the tofu & gently toss.
Lay the tofu strips out on the baking sheet in a single layer. Sprinkle the tofu with your desired amount of salt.
Bake for 20-22 minutes, flipping and salting again at the halfway mark.
