Spicy Vegan Slaw
This slaw adds an incredible flavor to so many dishes, and it's so simple to make!

- 1 1/2 cup red cabbage
- 1/4 small red onion
- 1/2 jalapeno
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
Veggie prep: Mince the garlic, onion, and jalapeno. Slice the cabbage into thin strips.
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and let sit for at least 10 minutes, stirring every now and then.
