Spicy Vegan Slaw

This slaw adds an incredible flavor to so many dishes, and it's so simple to make!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cup red cabbage
  • 1/4 small red onion
  • 1/2 jalapeno
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Veggie prep: Mince the garlic, onion, and jalapeno. Slice the cabbage into thin strips.
  • Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and let sit for at least 10 minutes, stirring every now and then.
  • Enjoy & share! This slaw is great on so many dishes, including my cauliflower tacos.
