Simple Vegan Gravy

This recipe only takes about 10 minutes and it tastes like the holidays!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups low sodium vegetable stock
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 3 tsp low sodium soy sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup all purpose flour

Instructions
 

  • Add all the ingredients to a medium stockpot and heat over medium-high heat.
  • Whisk for about 2-3 minutes or until the gravy thickens.
