Simple Vegan Dump Cake
This is my favorite simple dessert! It's easy and satisfying.

- 20 oz crushed pineapple (one can)
- 21 oz cherry pie filling (one can)
- 1 box of yellow cake mix
- 2 cusp shredded coconut
- 2 cups pecan pieces (optional)
- 1 cup vegan butter
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F/177 degrees C. Lightly grease a 9x13 baking pan.
Melt the butter.
Add the pineapple to the pan & spread it out.
Add the cherry pie filling & spread it out.
Add the yellow cake mix and cover the fruit completely.
Add the melted butter onto the cake mix and cover it as much as you can. It won't cook right in the spots the butter isn't touching the cake mix!
Add the coconut (and pecans, if used) and spread it out.
Bake for 50 minutes, until the sides are bubbly and the top is slightly browned.
Cool for 30 minutes before slicing. Enjoy & share!
