Simple Garlic Noodles
This delicious 20-minute recipe is a great way to switch up your normal pasta nights!

- 12 oz long pasta
- 1/4 cup minced garlic
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup plant milk plain, unsweetened
- 3 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
- 2 tsp hoisin sauce
- green onions
Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the box.
In a small saucepan, heat the olive oil. Add the garlic and saute for 1-2 minutes.
Add all of the remaining ingredients (minus the green onions), and stir to combine. Cook for 4-5 minutes. Taste and adjust flavors as needed.
Add to the cooked noodles and toss to combine. Add the green onions and toss again.
Serve with chili flakes and/or more green onion. Enjoy & share!
