Roasted Asparagus
This is my foolproof process for getting asparagus to be perfectly tender and flavorful!

- 1 bunch of asparagus
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F/200 degrees C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cut the tough ends off of the asparagus.
Drizzle the olive oil, salt, and pepper over the asparagus and toss until fully coated.
Optional: add garlic, sriracha, vegan parmesan cheese, or anything else to add flavor.
Lay the asparagus out on the baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 10 minutes, turn the pieces and bake for another 5-7 minutes.
