Quick Pomodoro Style Pasta
This recipe is a great way to satisfy those Italian cravings without going to a restaurant!

- 12 oz pasta
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 3 roma tomatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp dried basil
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
Cook your pasta according to the al dente instructions on the box.
Roughly chop the cherry tomatoes, and dice the roma tomatoes into whatever size pieces you want. Mince the garlic.
In a large pan, heat the olive oil. Add the garlic & sauté for about 2 minutes.
Add the tomatoes, salt, and pepper. Let simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add the cooked pasta, red pepper, and basil. Toss until combined. Enjoy!
