I absolutely love these bars! They are the perfect little treat, protein boost, and lazy breakfast!

Ingredients
  

  • 2/3 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup vegan protein powder
  • 1 2/3 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries

Instructions
 

  • Whisk the peanut butter & maple syrup together in a large bowl.
  • Add the remaining ingredients & stir to combine.
  • Lay the mixture in a 7x11-inch baking dish & pat down evenly.
  • Refrigerate for 20 minutes before slicing. Enjoy & share!
