I absolutely love these bars! They are the perfect little treat, protein boost, and lazy breakfast!

- 2/3 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup vegan protein powder
- 1 2/3 cup old-fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
Whisk the peanut butter & maple syrup together in a large bowl.
Add the remaining ingredients & stir to combine.
Lay the mixture in a 7x11-inch baking dish & pat down evenly.
Refrigerate for 20 minutes before slicing. Enjoy & share!
