Homemade Croutons

These give any salad the perfect addition of flavor and crunch!

Ingredients
  

  • 3 slices sourdough bread
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F/190 degrees C.
  • Slice bread into 1/2" cubes (pictured).
  • Add bread, olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper to a large bowl & toss to coat the bread.
  • Lay in a simple layer on a baking sheet.
  • Bake 13-16 minutes, until golden brown or done to your liking. Enjoy & share!
