Homemade Croutons
These give any salad the perfect addition of flavor and crunch!

- 3 slices sourdough bread
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F/190 degrees C.
Slice bread into 1/2" cubes (pictured).
Add bread, olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper to a large bowl & toss to coat the bread.
Lay in a simple layer on a baking sheet.
Bake 13-16 minutes, until golden brown or done to your liking. Enjoy & share!
