Easy Tofu Scramble

Ingredients
  

  • 16 oz super firm tofu (one block)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • pinch of kala namak (black salt)
  • 2 tbsp plant milk plain, unsweetened

Instructions
 

  • Heat the olive oil in a medium saucepan. Crumble the tofu directly into the pan, making the pieces as big or small as desired.
  • Cook over medium-low heat for 4-5 minutes or until the water has mostly evaporated and the tofu is done to your liking.
  • Combine all of the remaining ingredients in a small bowl.
  • Add to the tofu and stir to combine. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.
  • Serve with hot sauce, with avocados, in breakfast tacos, or with whatever you want. Enjoy & share!
