Easy Tofu Scramble

- 16 oz super firm tofu (one block)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 1/2 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- pinch of kala namak (black salt)
- 2 tbsp plant milk plain, unsweetened
Heat the olive oil in a medium saucepan. Crumble the tofu directly into the pan, making the pieces as big or small as desired.
Cook over medium-low heat for 4-5 minutes or until the water has mostly evaporated and the tofu is done to your liking.
Combine all of the remaining ingredients in a small bowl.
Add to the tofu and stir to combine. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.
Serve with hot sauce, with avocados, in breakfast tacos, or with whatever you want. Enjoy & share!
