Easy Orange Tofu

This orange sauce is the BEST! It's so easy to make, and it tastes just like the orange sauce I grew up loving.

Ingredients
  

  • 16 oz baked tofu
  • 3/4 cup orange juice
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp orange zest

Instructions
 

  • Add all sauce ingredients to a mixing bowl. Whisk to combine.
  • Transfer to a large saucepan.
  • Heat over low-medium heat for 5-6 minutes, stirring constantly, until it reaches your desired consistency.
  • Turn off heat & add your baked tofu.
  • Serve over white or fried rice, or whatever you like. Enjoy & share!
