Easy BBQ Cauliflower Wings

- 1 large head of cauliflower
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 1/2 tbsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 1/2 cups panko breadcrumbs
- bbq sauce
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F/230 degrees C. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Wash and chop cauliflower into bite sized florets.
In a large bowl, combine the flour with 1 cup of water. Add the garlic and onion powder, salt, and whisk until well combined. Separately, add the breadcrumbs to a smaller bowl.
Toss the cauliflower in the flour mixture first, gently shaking off the excess batter, then coat in breadcrumbs. Place on the baking sheet.
Bake for 15 minutes, flip, then bake for another 15 minutes.
Toss the cauliflower in the barbecue sauce until fully coated, then return to the pan. Bake for another 10 minutes.
Top with green onions, and serve with vegan ranch. Enjoy & share!
