Easy BBQ Cauliflower Wings

Ingredients
  

  • 1 large head of cauliflower
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 tbsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 1/2 cups panko breadcrumbs
  • bbq sauce

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F/230 degrees C. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Wash and chop cauliflower into bite sized florets.
  • In a large bowl, combine the flour with 1 cup of water. Add the garlic and onion powder, salt, and whisk until well combined. Separately, add the breadcrumbs to a smaller bowl.
  • Toss the cauliflower in the flour mixture first, gently shaking off the excess batter, then coat in breadcrumbs. Place on the baking sheet.
  • Bake for 15 minutes, flip, then bake for another 15 minutes.
  • Toss the cauliflower in the barbecue sauce until fully coated, then return to the pan. Bake for another 10 minutes.
  • Top with green onions, and serve with vegan ranch. Enjoy & share!
