Cookie Dough Protein Treats
These protein treats are perfect to have with my morning smoothies or as an afternoon energy boost!

- 15 oz chickpeas canned, drained, and rinsed
- 1/2 cup creamy nut butter
- 2 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/4 cup vanilla vegan protein powder
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/3 cup vegan mini chocolate chips
Add the chickpeas, nut butter, maple syrup, protein powder, and cinnamon to a mixing bowl and stir to gently combine.
Using a potato masher or your hands, mash and mix the ingredients together as best as you can.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Roll into balls and refrigerate for at least one hour, preferably overnight.
Serve for breakfast or a healthy snack. Enjoy & share!
