Cinnamon Donut Overnight Oats

This is a secretly healthy, secretly simple breakfast that I almost always have in my fridge!

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup plant milk plain, unsweetened
  • 1/2 tbsp creamy nut butter
  • 1 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp vegan yogurt plain
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp cocoa powder
  • pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a jar and shake.
  • Refrigerate for 30 minutes, then shake again.
  • Refrigerate overnight.
  • Top with chocolate chips and/or cinnamon sugar. Enjoy & share!
