Chocolate Banana Chia Pudding

- 1 banana mashed
- 1/3 cup chia seeds
- 1 1/2 cup plant milk
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp agave or maple syrup
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
Combine all ingredients in a bowl & whisk.
Pour into a jar (this recipe makes about 18-20 oz) and shake. Refrigerate for 30 minutes, then shake again. Let sit in the fridge overnight to thicken.
Top with vegan whipped cream and chocolate chips, enjoy & share!
