Chocolate Banana Chia Pudding

Ingredients
  

  • 1 banana mashed
  • 1/3 cup chia seeds
  • 1 1/2 cup plant milk
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp agave or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl & whisk.
  • Pour into a jar (this recipe makes about 18-20 oz) and shake. Refrigerate for 30 minutes, then shake again. Let sit in the fridge overnight to thicken.
  • Top with vegan whipped cream and chocolate chips, enjoy & share!
