Cauliflower Oatmeal
This oatmeal is next level. I will never buy oatmeal at a store again, and I will never make any without riced cauliflower!

- 1 cup riced cauliflower
- 3/4 cup old-fashioned oats
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 1 tbsp vegan vanilla protein powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 1/4 cup plant milk
- toppings: fresh fruit, agave, peanut butter, etc.
Add all ingredients to a medium saucepan and stir to combine.
Bring to a low simmer. Cook for 5-7 minutes or until the oats are soft and it reaches your desired consistency.
Top with whatever you like! I always top it with fresh fruit and a drizzle of agave.
