Cauliflower Oatmeal

This oatmeal is next level. I will never buy oatmeal at a store again, and I will never make any without riced cauliflower!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup riced cauliflower
  • 3/4 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1 tbsp vegan vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 1/4 cup plant milk
  • toppings: fresh fruit, agave, peanut butter, etc.

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a medium saucepan and stir to combine.
  • Bring to a low simmer. Cook for 5-7 minutes or until the oats are soft and it reaches your desired consistency.
  • Top with whatever you like! I always top it with fresh fruit and a drizzle of agave.
