- 1 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1/2 cup brown sugar packed
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup vegan butter
- 1 tbsp plant milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3/4 cup vegan mini chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F/180 degrees C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, combine the flour, salt, cornstarch and baking soda.
In a stand mixer, combine the sugars, milk, butter and vanilla.
Slowly add the dry ingredients to the stand mixer (about 1/2 at a time).
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Using a small cookie scoop, transfer the dough to the cookie sheet.
Bake for 10-12 minutes.
