Best Vegan Cheese Sauce
I could double this recipe and still eat it all in one sitting. It's SO GOOD!

- 13.6 oz coconut milk (one can)
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 3/4 cup nutritional yeast
- 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- salt to taste
Add the cornstarch and water to a small bowl, mix until combined.
Add all the ingredients to a medium-sized saucepan & whisk.
Simmer on medium heat for 5-7 minutes.
