Best Vegan Cheese Sauce

I could double this recipe and still eat it all in one sitting. It's SO GOOD!

Ingredients
  

  • 13.6 oz coconut milk (one can)
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3/4 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Add the cornstarch and water to a small bowl, mix until combined.
  • Add all the ingredients to a medium-sized saucepan & whisk.
  • Simmer on medium heat for 5-7 minutes.
  • Taste and adjust seasonings as needed. Enjoy & share!
