- 14 oz extra firm tofu
- 1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
Press the tofu for 20 minutes. Slice it into 3/4" cubes, or whatever shape you want. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F/200 degrees C, and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, add the tofu, then all remaining ingredients. Toss to combine and coat the tofu.
Lay the tofu out on the baking sheet in a single layer.
Bake the tofu for 15 minutes, flip, then bake for another 15 minutes or until the tofu is done to your liking.
Have this tofu with my peanut pasta, "honey" sriracha sauce, bbq sauce, etc. Enjoy & share!
