Apple Cinnamon Chia Pudding
This is one of my favorite healthy breakfast options! It's so easy to make, I always have the ingredients on hand, and it's SO delicious!

- 1 cup applesauce unsweetened
- 1/2 cup plant milk plain, unsweetened
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1/2 tbsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tbsp agave or maple syrup
Combine all ingredients in a 12 oz mason jar.
Stir/shake until combined.
Refrigerate overnight. Enjoy & share!
