Apple Cinnamon Chia Pudding

This is one of my favorite healthy breakfast options! It's so easy to make, I always have the ingredients on hand, and it's SO delicious!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup applesauce unsweetened
  • 1/2 cup plant milk plain, unsweetened
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1/2 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tbsp agave or maple syrup

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a 12 oz mason jar.
  • Stir/shake until combined.
  • Refrigerate overnight. Enjoy & share!
