Air Fryer Brussels Sprouts
This recipe turns a not-so-loved vegetable into candy!

- 1 lb brussels sprouts
- olive oil
- sea salt
- black pepper
Dip
- 1/2 cup vegan mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 1 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
Cut the brussels sprouts into bite-sized pieces. I usually either cut them in half or fourths, depending on how big they are.
Add the pieces to a large bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Mix it up, add olive oil if needed to coat all of the brussels sprouts.
Grate some sea salt and black pepper over the bowl, stir again.
Add to your air fryer basket, or in my case, tray (spreading out if using a tray). Air fry at 400 degrees F/200 degrees C for 10 minutes.
Shake the basket or toss the brussels sprouts on the tray, and return to the air fryer for another 5 minutes.
