Air Fryer Brussels Sprouts

This recipe turns a not-so-loved vegetable into candy!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb brussels sprouts
  • olive oil
  • sea salt
  • black pepper

Dip

  • 1/2 cup vegan mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 1/2 tbsp maple syrup

Instructions
 

  • Cut the brussels sprouts into bite-sized pieces. I usually either cut them in half or fourths, depending on how big they are.
  • Add the pieces to a large bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Mix it up, add olive oil if needed to coat all of the brussels sprouts.
  • Grate some sea salt and black pepper over the bowl, stir again.
  • Add to your air fryer basket, or in my case, tray (spreading out if using a tray).
  • Air fry at 400 degrees F/200 degrees C for 10 minutes.
  • Shake the basket or toss the brussels sprouts on the tray, and return to the air fryer for another 5 minutes.

Dip

  • Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, taste and adjust as needed.
