Air Fryer Baked Potatoes

This is my new favorite way to make baked potatoes! The air fryer gets them perfectly fluffy, and the skins come out crispy and flavorful every time!

Ingredients
  

  • 6 russet potatoes
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tbsp sea salt
  • 1 1/2 tbsp black pepper
  • 2 tsp dried parsley

Instructions
 

  • Wash the potatoes and poke them 5-6 times with a fork.
  • Add the potatoes to a large bowl and drizzle the olive oil and spices over them. Toss and rub until they are all well coated.
  • Place the potatoes in your air fryer basket or tray. Air fry at 390 degrees F/198 degrees C for 40 minutes or until tender. Serve with my slow cooked lentilsair fried broccoli, etc. Enjoy & share!
