This 5-minute recipe upgrades so many dishes from yum to yum YUM!
This sauce truly lives up to its name! I’ve always loved yum yum sauce – it’s amazing as a dip, a topping, adding to fried rice, burgers… the list goes on and on! Luckily, it’s extremely easy to make plant-based (just swapping mayo for vegan mayo), so I never had to live a day without it. Plus, it’s very easy to customize! Sometimes I add more sugar, acv, or some sriracha based on what I crave that day. It only takes 5 minutes to throw together, so I always have a bottle of it in my fridge!
Ingredients:
- 1 cup vegan mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp water
Method:
- Whisk all ingredients together. Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving/using.

Vegan Yum Yum Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 cup vegan mayonnaise
