This recipe is a keeper! You can whip this up in 25 minutes and have a dip you’ll want to put on EVERYTHING!
This might be my new favorite shareable! It is a super easy, fun way to make a classic crowd pleaser. This dip is SO creamy, cheesy, flavorful, and a little bit spicy – just how I like my jalapeño poppers! You can easily use more or fewer jalapeño slices to change the kick, and, by all means, double this recipe if you’re sharing it with more than a few people! I’ll be bringing this to watch parties and family gatherings for years to come.
Ingredients:
- 8 oz plain vegan cream cheese
- 1/3 cup vegan mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup vegan cheddar slices
- 1/2 cup shredded vegan parmesan
- 1/2 cup pickled jalapeño slices + 1/4 cup of the juice
- 2 garlic cloves
- optional: breadcrumbs, for topping
- salt & pepper, to taste
Method:
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F/200 degrees C.
- Chop the jalapeño slices into small pieces. Mince the garlic.
- Add all of the ingredients (minus the breadcrumbs) to a mixing bowl. Stir until well combined.
Note:
Depending on which cream cheese brand you use, you may need to microwave it for 20 seconds separately before adding the rest of the ingredients to make it easier to mix.
- Transfer the dip to a small oven-safe dish. Bake for 10 minutes. If you’re using breadcrumbs, add them now and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes.
- Serve with crackers, bread, chips, or even as cream cheese rangoon filler. Enjoy & share!
