Ingredients:
- 1 can of pumpkin
- 1 box of spice cake mix
Method:
- Preheat your oven to 325 degrees F/165 degrees C.
- Mix the two ingredients together in a bowl until just combined.
- Scoop into a lined or greased muffin pan. OPTIONAL: I like to sprinkle a little bit of brown sugar on top of each muffin before baking!
- Bake for 22-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- That’s it! These are perfect for breakfast, a mid-afternoon snack, and even dessert. YUM!
