My salad game changed when I started making this dressing! It’s creamy, delicious, and so easy to customize!
This is my go-to homemade salad dressing – it’s creamy, sweet, and stone ground mustard gives it a depth that can’t be beaten. This dressing is also the perfect gateway to any flavor I’m in the mood for! I add sriracha for more spice, soy sauce for a deeper umami flavor, peanut butter for, well, peanut butter flavor! Ketchup, avocado oil, lemon juice, red wine vinegar, and any spices you can think of are also great options. The possibilities are endless! Yesterday I ate it as is, and today I added a couple teaspoons of sriracha. Plus, there’s something about using a homemade dressing that makes salads so much more satisfying!
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup plain vegan yogurt
- 1/4 cup stone ground dijon mustard
- 3 tbsp agave nectar
- pinch of salt & pepper
Method:
- Mix all of the ingredients together and taste test. Add whatever you’d like, or leave it as is.
- Transfer to a squeeze bottle or air-tight container, and serve on your favorite salads. Enjoy & share!
Sweet Mustard Salad Dressing
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup vegan yogurt plain
- 1/4 cup stone ground dijon mustard
- 3 tbsp agave
- pinch of salt & pepper
Instructions
