This 5-minute aioli is the perfect pairing for so many different veggies, proteins, and dishes!
Paprika is a spice that I usually only use a very small amount of in recipes, but this one makes it the star of the show! This aioli is sweet, salty, savory, and ever so slightly spicy. It only takes about 5 minutes to make, and it’s perfect for adding flavor to roasted veggies, wraps, sandwiches, and so much more! My favorite pairing is this paprika aioli and oven roasted cauliflower.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup vegan mayonnaise
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
Method:
- Whisk all of the ingredients together.
- Taste and adjust flavors as needed.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors set.
- Serve with oven roasted cauliflower. Enjoy & share!
Paprika Aioli
Ingredients
