I can’t get enough of this one-pot, one-hour, foolproof recipe!
I grew up never liking green beans – even in frozen bags of mixed veggies I always ate around the green beans! I’m still not the biggest fan of them plain, but if they’re dressed up in delicious tomato sauce like this, they become one of my favorite veggies! This is a one-pot recipe that is as simple as can be, and it’s a total crowd pleaser. It’s great as a side for so many dishes, and it’s one of my favorite shareable appetizers. Plus, it’s full of nutrition!
