Easy Tortilla Cinnamon Rolls

These little cinnamon rolls are simple & delicious! I feel like a creative DIY expert when I make these.

These are the easiest homemade cinnamon rolls! It’s tough to find vegan cinnamon rolls, and boy, can they be complicated to make from scratch. This is the perfect alternative if you’re looking for a satisfying, sweet breakfast you can make in a pinch with common household ingredients.

Ingredients:

  • large flour tortillas
  • vegan cream cheese
  • cinnamon
  • sugar
  • vegan butter

Method:

  • Spread a layer of cream cheese on the tortilla, roll it up and slice horizontally.
  • Heat some vegan butter up in a saucepan. Cook the rolls over medium heat until the rolls are golden brown on each side.
  • Immediately roll in a cinnamon sugar mixture.
  • That’s it! Enjoy your bite-sized homemade cinnamon rolls, and save this recipe for later.

  • Spread a layer of cream cheese onto a large flour tortilla.
  • Roll it up and cut into about 1/2" pieces (pictured).
  • Heat in pan with butter until golden brown on each side.
  • Toss in cinnamon sugar mix immediately.
