These are the easiest homemade cinnamon rolls! It’s tough to find vegan cinnamon rolls, and boy, can they be complicated to make from scratch. This is the perfect alternative if you’re looking for a satisfying, sweet breakfast you can make in a pinch with common household ingredients.
Ingredients:
- large flour tortillas
- vegan cream cheese
- cinnamon
- sugar
- vegan butter
Method:
- Spread a layer of cream cheese on the tortilla, roll it up and slice horizontally.
- Heat some vegan butter up in a saucepan. Cook the rolls over medium heat until the rolls are golden brown on each side.
- Immediately roll in a cinnamon sugar mixture.

Ingredients
- large flour tortillas

- cinnamon

Instructions

- Roll it up and cut into about 1/2" pieces (pictured).
- Heat in pan with butter until golden brown on each side.
