Chocolate & banana is one of the most delicious sweet flavor combinations, and don’t try to tell me otherwise!! This pudding is so easy to make, and it’s full of nutrition.
As much as I love to cook, I rarely want to do it first thing in the morning. I want to slowly wake up with a cup of coffee and either reheat or have breakfast ready in the fridge. If you can relate, try this chocolate banana chia pudding! It’s full of nutrition – chia seeds, bananas, cocoa powder – and it’s delicious! It takes 10 minutes to make the night before, and it perfectly satisfies my morning sweet tooth. This recipe makes about 18-20 ounces, which lasts me two or three mornings.
