This is one of my favorite chia pudding recipes! It’s ever-so-slightly sweet, the applesauce adds a wonderful texture, and it’s great as a breakfast meal-prep!
Chia pudding has been a star of the breakfast show for years now – everyone knows it’s super healthy, easy to make, delicious, and versatile. That being said, there are hundreds of chia pudding recipes out there, and I can easily say this is in my top 5! The applesauce adds an incredible texture! It turns it into the perfect cross between chia, tapioca, and rice puddings. Plus, the small amount of agave adds a subtle sweetness that sweet and savory breakfast fans can both enjoy.
