Air Fryer Broccoli

To whoever invented the air fryer – THANK YOU!

Broccoli is one of my favorite vegetables and has been for years, but only if it’s cooked right! Raw, undercooked, or flavorless broccoli is a no-go for me. That usually meant when I wanted broccoli, I couldn’t have it ready quickly without meal prepping. That changed when I tried cooking broccoli in my air fryer for the first time! This recipe is tried and true – I’ve made it so many times because of how easy it is and how perfect the broccoli comes out every time. Plus, my kitchen is never missing any of these ingredients!

Ingredients:

  • 2 medium heads of broccoli
  • 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tbsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 lemon, (juice)

Method:

  • Chop up your broccoli into bite-sized pieces.
  • Add the broccoli and all other ingredients to a bowl & combine. Add oil if needed – the pieces should all be lightly covered.
  • Add your broccoli to the air fryer basket/tray.
  • Air fry at 400 degrees F/200 degrees C for 7 minutes.
  • That’s it! Enjoy & share.
