This bruschetta takes 10 minutes to throw together, and it’s always a crowd pleaser!
I call this my “throw-it-togetha-bruschetta”! It’s by far my favorite thing to make when I have people over and not much time to prepare snacks. It is ALWAYS a crowd pleaser! This recipe is also wonderful for using up some leftover produce and the ends of bread loaves that, of course, nobody wants!
Ingredients:
- 1 large or 2 medium tomatoes
- 1/2 small onion
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tsp white wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp basil
- bread of choice
Method:
- Finely dice the tomato and onion. Strain the tomato for 5 minutes – this will prevent the bread from getting soggy.
- Add all of the ingredients to a mixing bowl & stir to combine.
- Toast your bread & top it with the tomato mixture.
- Enjoy & share!
