Sweet & Savory Date Treats

These little treats are delicious, simple, and unique crowd-pleasers!

These treats are perfect for so many occasions! I’ve brought them to Super Bowl, Easter, 4th of July, Christmas, and many more parties; they are always a big hit! They’re a wonderful mix of sweet and savory with the most satisfying textures, and I can throw them together in 15 minutes. I would say they are also great as a low-calorie after-dinner treat, but I can never eat fewer than five at a time, so I think that would make me a hypocrite!

Ingredients:

  • 20 whole dates, pitted
  • 1/4 cup vegan chive & onion cream cheese
  • 1/8 cup finely chopped pecan pieces

Method:

  • Mix the cream cheese & pecans together in a small bowl.

If you can’t find chive & onion cream cheese, feel free to use plain and add any herbs and spices you want!


  • Fill the dates with the cream cheese mixture.
  • Enjoy & share!
