I ALWAYS have a batch of these in my fridge! They’re easy to make and the perfect little snack.
I’m a big snacker! Three meals a day and nothing else? No thanks! Because of this, I always need to have something healthy to snack on.
These treats are sweet & nutty with a satisfying texture. And they’re guilt free! With only 5 ingredients that I always have on hand, it’s easy to keep a batch of these in the fridge at all times.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup old fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup peanut butter (or nut butter of choice)
- 1/2 cup ground flaxseed
- 1/3 cup agave
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Method:
- All you need to do is combine the ingredients in a bowl, let it sit in the fridge for about 20 minutes, and roll them up! There’s nothing to it – and you have the perfect little snack for days.
Energy Treats
These treats are perfect for when you want a little protein boost, a pick-me-up, or a guilt-free snack.
Ingredients
- 1 cup old fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup ground flaxseed
- 1/3 cup agave or maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips optional
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
- Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
- Roll into balls.
- Enjoy & share!
